One method, 40 tools

  1. 01

    Paste the draft

Drop in as much text as the tool accepts. It stays in this tab, and nothing is saved between visits.

  2. 02

Run the one check you came for

Each tool does a single job, with its method and limits written on the page so you know what the number means.

  3. 03

    Take the text back

Copy or download the result and close the tab. No queue, no account, no follow-up email.

Questions writers ask

Short answers about privacy, accounts, accuracy and the few places where a tool sets a limit.

How Textoria is run →
Are the tools really free?

Yes. Every tool opens without a trial counter or a paywall. The site is supported by advertising, which pays for the work and never changes a result.

Does Textoria store what I paste?

No. Text is processed by JavaScript in your browser. It is not uploaded, saved, or attached to an account, and closing the tab clears it.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in, no email capture and no saved workspace. Open a tool and use it.

How accurate are the grammar and readability checks?

They are rule-based prompts, not a finished edit. Readability formulas estimate how hard a passage is to read; grammar rules catch common patterns. Use them to start a revision, then apply judgement.

Why do a few tools cap the text?

Large comparisons can stall a browser, so tools such as Text Diff read the first 700 words of each side. Every limit is stated on the tool page and in its guide.

Who writes and checks the guides?

Nicolas David writes and edits every guide, working to the editorial standards published on this site.
