One address for everything
Write to us at info@textoria.online. That single inbox handles corrections, tool bugs, feature requests, privacy questions, and the occasional "your word counter disagreed with Microsoft Word, who is right?" (Usually both. Word and browsers count differently at the edges, and we are happy to explain why.)
If you prefer a form, the contact form on this page opens a prefilled message in your own email program. It does not route anything through our servers, because there are no servers for it to route through. Same address, one less step.
What to include in your message
We are a small team, so a complete first message gets a useful first reply. Please include:
- Which tool or article you are writing about, by name or URL.
- What you were doing and what you expected to happen. "The line counter reported 412 lines for a CSV export, but my editor says 400" is something we can act on. "The counter is wrong" is something we can only guess at.
- For bugs: your browser and device. Behavior genuinely differs between browsers, especially around pasted text and clipboard contents.
One privacy note that matters: never feel obliged to send your actual document. Describe it instead ("a 40-page PDF export with tables"). Our tools run in your browser and we cannot see what you typed into them, so we almost never need the real text to reproduce a problem, and you should not share it just to be polite.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error in one of our guides, send the sentence in question and, if you have one, the source that contradicts it. Our editorial policy describes the full corrections process; the short version is that we fix genuine errors, note the correction date on the page, and treat the correction as the site working rather than the site failing. A guide that never gets corrected is usually a guide nobody reads.
Tool requests
The best requests describe a task rather than a solution. Tell us what you were trying to do, include a small example of the input and the output you wanted, and mention why the tools you have tried, ours or anyone else's, do not cover it. We cannot promise to build everything, but reader requests shape what gets built next, and a request with a concrete example moves to the top of the list.
Privacy questions
Ask us anything about how the site handles data and you will get a plain-English answer, not a legal shrug. If some sentence in the privacy policy or cookie policy is unclear, tell us which one. Unclear writing in a policy document is a bug like any other, and we fix bugs.
What we cannot do
We publish tools and guides; we do not offer services. We cannot personally edit your document, proofread your dissertation, verify your sources, or issue a certificate about what our plagiarism checker found. The tools do their work on your own machine in seconds, for free, and that is the whole offering. If you need a human editor, you need to hire a human editor, and any website that pretends otherwise is selling you something.
When you will hear back
We read everything that arrives. Replies typically come within a few business days. There is no support staff and no ticket system, just editors who check the inbox between projects, so a message sent Friday afternoon may wait until the following week. If a week passes in silence, nudge us. Messages get buried, and we would rather you nudged than assumed we did not care.
Frequently asked questions
Can you see the text I type into your tools?
No. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, using JavaScript on your own device. Your text is never uploaded, stored, or logged, and there is no mechanism by which we could read it. When you close the tab, it is gone.
How do I delete everything Textoria has stored about me?
Nothing is stored on our side, because we do not store anything server-side. In your browser, the site may keep small preferences such as your theme, your spelling ignore list, and your recently used tools. Clearing the site's data in your browser settings removes those too, and the cookie policy walks through how.
Do you accept guest posts, sponsorships, or paid links?
No. We do not publish sponsored content, sell placements, or accept payment for links, and the editorial policy explains why. Pitching is fine; the answer is politely permanent.
